Houston Tent Rental FAQs

How far in advance should I book my tent?
We recommend booking 2+ weeks ahead, especially for weekend events in peak season (spring and fall). Same-week availability is sometimes possible — call us to check.
Do you handle setup and teardown?
Yes — setup and teardown are included in every tent rental. Our insured crew handles full installation before your event and breaks everything down/picks up afterward. You don't lift a thing.
What happens if it rains on the day of my event?
High-peak tents are built for Houston weather — light rain is no problem. If severe weather (high winds, lightning) is in the forecast, we'll proactively reach out to discuss safety and rescheduling options.
Do I need a permit?
For most residential events in Greater Houston, no permit is required for our tent sizes. Some venues and certain municipalities do require one — we'll let you know during the quote based on your address.
What surfaces can the tent be installed on?
Grass is ideal (we stake the tent down). We can also install on concrete, asphalt, brick pavers, or driveways using weighted ballasts in place of stakes. Just let us know the surface when you book.
How do I book, and is a deposit required?
Call us anytime during business hours, seven days a week. One of our specialists will quote you and book your order over the phone, then email an invoice to collect the deposit and lock in your date.
Can I add tables, chairs, lighting, or sidewalls?
Absolutely. Tables (round, rectangle, cocktail), chairs (folding, garden, Chiavari), string lighting, sidewalls, heaters, and evaporative fans are all available as add-ons. We'll bundle everything into one quote.
What's the cancellation policy?
Call us as soon as you know. We'll work with you on rescheduling or refunds depending on timing — we know plans can shift.
